On Saturday, August 25th, I enjoyed the Newark, Ohio, Männerchor’s ox roast. Good food, good beer, great singing, and selling books always go well together!

Recently a 90-year-old gentleman named Bruce Daily received my book as a birthday present. When his daughter told me it was his favorite book of all time, I just had to meet him!

Farmer’s Market – another sale!

I visited the Circleville Farmer’s Market today. Purchased some fresh produce and admired handcrafted pottery by Kym Ritter, owner of Mason Creek Pottery. Obviously Kym has broader interests than just pottery since she bought a copy of my memoir, “Why Can’t Somebody Just Die Around Here?”
